Siouxland Sleepout 2015

Pastor John is participating in this year’s Siouxland Sleepout tonight. This event draws attention and focus to the struggles of those in the area – and all over the country – who find themselves homeless. Please pray for those involved in tonight’s event – that their efforts may shine a light on a part of the American Landscape that we often choose to pretend we don’t see.
At any given time there are hundreds of thousands of people who find them selves sleeping on the streets, in their cars, under bridges, etc. (and for many of them the accommodations John has tonight appear luxurious) … May they feel the love of God, and the caring of their fellow men, as they face this difficult time in their lives.
