Vacation Bible School will be held at Westminster from
6:15 – 8:15 pm Aug. 5th – Aug. 8th.

There is no cost to attend VBS and classes will be held for those age 3 through those just finishing 5th grade. A light supper will be served each night for the children in attendance and the staff from 5:45 – 6:15. Members and Friends of Westminster will join with their friends from Morningside Presbyterian and Third Presbyterian churches for Worship in the Park. We will gather in Latham Park at 10:00 am on Sunday, June 23rd for a worship service followed by a potluck picnic.
Loosemeat, hot dogs & buns will be provided and those in attendance are asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share and their own tableservice. Also, don’t forget your favorite lawn chair or blanket.
Hope to see you all there as we gather to worship in the midst of God’s beautiful creation.

It seems that summer has finally arrived ! We hope you are all enjoying your summertime activities. Please remember that even though vacations are great – DON’T TAKE A VACATION FROM CHURCH.
Worship services during the summer months are held at 10 am. There is a nursery available for those under the age of 32 and Children’s Church is still held for those age 3 – 2nd grade.
We follow our service with a Fellowship Coffee hour.

We are excited to report that another of our Westminster youth has followed the calling into the ministry. Jessica Paulsen, who was raised here in the our congregation, will be ordained here as well.
